My clinical research includes studying the correlatives from HER2 CAR T cell therapy clinical trials against sarcoma (HEROS) and brain cancers (iCAR) and from the CD19/CD20/CD22 trivalent CAR T cell against leukemia and lymphoma (triCAR) clinical trial. My ultimate goal is to facilitate the use of pharmacological approaches to standardize and improve immune cell therapies to become the global standard of care for cancer patients.
